There are lots of ways you can support The Station, whether that’s attending one of our events, making a donation for a preloved book from our Lost and Found Book Stall, or enjoying a coffee and a cake.

All the money that is generated goes back into maintaining and improving this amazing place , as well as supporting the continued work of the Richmondshire Building Preservation Trust (RBPT), the locally based heritage restoration charity that owns and operates The Station.

LOST AND FOUND BOOK STALL – DONATE YOUR UNWANTED BOOKS

We are accepting donations of unwanted books for our Lost and Found Book Stall. We are always grateful for book donations, especially good quality/condition children’s books, biographies, novels, and cookery books. If you have any books you would like to donate, our friendly team of volunteers will be happy to receive them.

Do you love The Station as much as we do? Have you got a passion for film, food and art? Do you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others? We're looking for enthusiastic people to join our friendly team of volunteers here at The Station to help us give a warm welcome to visitors, and to share information about this incredible community venue.

We need Friends like you... join us today and support Richmond's charity run community enterprise.

Membership is just £35 per year (Individual Membership) or £50 per year (Joint Membership). Friends for Life are also invited, for a one-off payment of £500. 

As a Friend you will receive:

  • 10% discount in The Station Café | Bar
  • 10% discount in The Station Shop
  • Voting rights and the opportunity to have your say at the annual AGM
  • Quarterly email updates about what's going on at The Station and how your support is helping
